@emilyebba please calculate the pct with cell phone data for this enriched service
from hurricane.
Here is the location for the enriched cell phone data:
https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=fa7875ca38a64c50a3148a45d95dc5eb
The fields to use are:
- Household owns any cell phone
- 2018 Total Households
- E_HHCellPer (Percent of housholds with one or more cell phone)
Thanks,
EM

@emilyebba Well, it seems that I have no access to this item...Can we please make sure this item is shared with public?
from hurricane.
Done! Thank you.
from hurricane.
@emilyebba Okay maybe the AGOL items is shared with public now but I believe the feature service itself is still not shared with Public. Here is what I get when I try to access the REST END Point of the feature service:
And here is what I see when I open it in the MapView:

Hi. I have it shared. Im going to check in with Dan about this to see how we can get this one to work.
from hurricane.
Jinnan. Dan published this under a different Org. I opened it in an incognito window and this should work for you.

Thanks.

@emilyebba Yes this one works for me. I believe I can get the value from the E_HHCellPer field, correct?
from hurricane.
Yes. I calculated this using 2018 Esri Households and the enriched cell data. This is the percentage of households in that particular tract with one or more cell phones.

@emilyebba Fixed, please test, thanks.

Hi Jinnan! Looks great! Can the communication chart be a line/bar? See Dan's image above that you added to this thread. Thank you!!!
from hurricane.
@emilyebba That mock up doesn't include Internet/Mobile Phone Availability information...Please update the mock up to include these two pieces and we can go from there. Thanks.

Hi Jinnan,
Here is what I prepared for this section to make the user experience as seamless as possible. Thank you for your advice.
I also added a reference layer to the Demo...because there are no storms right now, the Production app is not loading the layers and I cant save anything because it will save over them. As soon as we get a storm I will add this reference layer.
Have a great day and thank you again!

@emilyebba updated the communication charts. Please test.
