This is a timer meant to be used on a phone or tablet to simulate a chess timer during an over the board chess game.

Key Features: Two separate timers, which tick down separately, are stopped and activated by the button. Precise time (no setInterval() or setTimeout())

Modal Options to configure timer (time odds etc), optional countdown sound when under a minute Interval options (pre-set and configurable option) Give opponent 15 seconds option

Page reloads should not reset timers running or impact timer currently running
