It is a time management tool to analyze and organize human resources. Tha main point of this tool is to know how much tasks an employee has and there is an ability to give him new ones.

You just need to assign users to projects, define time of a task and look at the graph how much tasks users have in percent based on time: 8h=100%

For example:

• For specified date user does not have any tasks and his load is 0%.
• Task 4h is assigned to specified date for this user.
• Now he has 50% as a load, and there is an ability additionally to add him new tasks that require not more 4h to prevent exceeding the limit 8h.
