Although Narukom is not based on any linux/unix library except for boost and protocol buffers there was no actual compile on windows or Mac system. This must be done together with a tutorial!

The initila tree should be read from an XML file and on destruction of the Message Queue object written to an XML file

Create Filters in the message buffer in order to filter incoming messges for now only two types of filters should be implemented

1. time based: if a message arrives eariler than a user defined period it is ignored
2. topic-based: Only messages tagged with a certain topic are not ignored

From Topic Tree create a hash table for faster look up of subscribers
