invoices are of different values but there is no information on for how long the paid fee is good for as there is no information on the monthly amount in invoice.

Now it says "monthly fee mm/yyyy"

Should be "monthly fee x eur mm/yyyy" or something likes.

If browsing to / the user is greeted with lorem ipsum without any links further. There should be link to sign up or redirect to sign up.

When member application is approved a member will get all listed member types as his/hers member type, while normal member should only get "member" and not the "community member" (nor any other possible membertype at this time).

Require not pending membership fees to allow (door) grant to be active. There are some active members at the moment who have paid other fees but are lacking the membership fee payment.

Or keep the member in pending state before payment arrives?

When new member applies for monthly fee, a "door" grant is not created automatically, while phonenumber token is.

For Vaasa, the door-grant should be created automatically when member applies for monthly fee, and not create it when monthly fee isn't chosen.

System could send individual status reports to members. Mostly for members with negative balance.

Contents could be latest transactions

• money in
• money spent
• Membership status, monthly amount
• And balance

We need separate page for Community member data, as those has totally diffirent set of data that we need to have. Instead of First- and Lastnames as required fields we need to have "community member name" or whatnot company name as required field and have contact person name as optional and so on. Also This will enable us to have separate registration form for community member.

Preliminary list of fields needed:

Mandatory ones:

• Name (company, society, etc)
• City of residence
• Email (either company or contact persons email, either one field to have either one, or if possible, separate field for company and contactperson so that it's enough to have either one filled or both, but not neither)
• Fee (Do we want to offer yearly fee only or also monthly fee or one field and choose between annual and monthly? Some else setup?)

Maybe also mandatoty fields(?):

• Contact persons name
• Contact persons email (note above comment in company email)
• Contact persons phonenumber (maybe similar setup as for email?)

Optional fields:

• Street address (for what?)
• something else?

Currently when new member subscribes to be Vaasa Hacklab membership, he/she also gets subscribed to mailinglist.

We need automation to also unsubscribe from said mailinglist when membership ends... So send unsubscribe-email when "member" status is removed (and saved).
