Building

After cloning submodules and preparing the environment, a simple invocation of make will generate ifjxl.spi.

Download links are not working

Automated workflow artifacts aren't uploaded to the automatic release.
As you can see in the CI error, the script is unable to find .7z files to upload for the release as the .7z artifacts are zipped into a .zip container.
