hi - firstly thank you for this amazing tool.

I've had Neptune installed for about a week with plugins to show the bitrate etc from https://github.com/Inrixia/neptune-plugins

It's been great so far except as of tonight, Tidal wouldn't start - it started to display then got stuck on a black screen. On then uninstalling Neptune it worked perfectly well.

I've tried rebooting as well as reinstalling Tidal over the top, and even uninstalling Tidal fully then reinstalling - nothing has fixed this issue. The only way I can get Tidal to run fully is to uninstall Neptune.

Have you come across this at all? I don't think that there has been an update to Tidal in the last week - i.e. today - which would have killed this.

Currently, neptune-installer does support macOS, however it has an issue where it fails to work properly as a result of not having permission to modify the app. We need to add a dialog that requests permission on macOS to make it clearer.

Hi, I've just found your repo and I tried to install it, but it seems that nothing happens.

I run the installer and it opened a webpage on which was only one button install neptune. I clicked and got a pop-up saying that I can close this window whenever I want. Then I opened the Tidal app and there's nothing changed. It seems that nothing is installed.

am I doing something wrong?

          Hi - I can see this is closed as completed - does that mean I can now reinstall Neptune and the issue is fixed? Thanks so much

Hi - hope you're well.

Tidal have released a new update recently as I suspect you know, which now shows when playing MAX whether it's MQA or FLAC.

Since that new release, every few songs Tidal's screen goes black as it did before, and is unaccessible although music continues.

On uninstalling Neptune, the issue ceases.

Could you please have a look at this when you have time?
