In dealloc, we first disconnect the signal handlers, then we call the channel destroyed handlers for each channel that's still active in order to trigger cleanup. However, there is a race where we could already be in the handler by the time we call disconnect it. Then, we might double-free resources.

A fix would either require running the channel events in a serialized queue or hold a lock during the channel handlers. As we don't control the SPICE main loop, the lock must be done in a way that it is held before the callback handler is called.
