Add a VisualDiff tool for visual (Tortoise-like) environments.

In turtle, the diff tool seems to switch ontology prefix URI to <http://www.semanticweb.org/owl/owlapi/turtle#
so I get this kind of diff:

AnnotationAssertion(rdfs:label <http://www.semanticweb.org/owl/owlapi/turtle#17741> "idea")
- ClassAssertion(dextro:VisualConcept <http://www.semanticweb.org/owl/owlapi/turtle#10572>)
- Declaration(Class(<http://www.semanticweb.org/owl/owlapi/turtle#21822>))

Any idea if this is a bug or some config problem on my side?

I try to use owl2vcs on Linux Mint 16 (64-bit) but I get the following error:
git diff e4f40b4 5d43912

Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmxm
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
external diff died, stopping at core-1-11-2014.ttl.

I ran owl2enable without errors.
The same diff on a windows 64-bit machine works fine.

A tool to apply a changeset file to an ontology.

In this case the result starts with

* OntologyFormat("KRSS2 Syntax")
* OntologyID()

Technically this behaviour is correct but it is useless.
