DEPLOY_URL probably accomplishes the same thing as REACT_APP_BACKEND_API_HOSTNAME?

We don't currently do anything with this endpoint. We should be hitting it in a periodic cron job or issue it from the frontend periodically, etc.

Things like the <title> tags are still using boilerplate React stuff like 'React App'. Frankly embarrassing.

Right now we always use the same, hardcoded relative path to the sqlite DB file, ./sqlite/baton_dev.db. This should obviously be configurable somehow.

Hard to read the non-pretty logs in production. We don't really have some kind of setup like Splunk where it makes things pretty for us via parsing, we just always read things manually or through vim/grep/etc.
