When we click on the plus button to add another mapping bead, we have to then click a second time on the new button that appears for "particle 1", for example. If we're clicking to add a new bead, that bead coloring should automatically be selected so we don't have to double-click every time.

The SMILES string "CC1=CC23CN4CC2C4C(CC1)N3" produces bizarre behavior that makes the mapping selection unreadable. We should track down the cause of this display issue and fix it, if possible.

Trying to add more than 10 mappings doesn't work. After "particle 9", the button for "particle 10" is added, but there is no color assigned when clicking on it. Same for any higher numbers, too. Sometimes in larger systems it makes the most sense to have more than 10 mapped beads, though. We should allow for any number of CG beads, or add some kind of message to say when a user has reached the maximum.
