CSV Split on Environment.NewLine is inconsistent on servers
From fiddling with Azure- I notice the CSV geocoding only works for one item, and that the split is on Environment.NewLine. I'd strongly suspect that on an Azure app service, it's either getting something strange or nothing at all. Should ideally be normalized to split on any/all newline characters.
