Simply remove the obsolete entries from pb_Config.cs.

Sorry, i can't open the link that will show me 404 error. And i remove the obsolete entries from pb_Config.cs, one more question can't solve as follow:
about the different between Unity2017 UGUI and Unity2019 UGUI, i hope you could detail to me.
BTW, about i remove

is correct or not?

Hi, not sure if you solved it. but here's my solution. Add a new input called "Mouse ScrollWheel", and change the axis to 3rd axis.
