raw_reader does not honour offset from info
read_current determines the required buffer size via auto retval = static_cast<size_t>(stream.tellg()); and then seeks to stream.seekg(0, ifstream_type::beg); to read the whole file.
This implementation is only correct if the offset in the info is zero. Otherwise, the offset must be subtracted from retval and the stream must seek to the offset position.
Port rectilinear grids
The port of DR_GRID_RECTILINEAR in info is missing.
