Info 和 Mining入口的超链接跟随 网络一齐切换

目前切换钱包的网络中之后，交易界面也会同步切换到对应的网络环境。但是不同网络下的INFO页面的链接是不同的，因此我希望在检测到用户切换网络之后，可以将Info 和 Mining的链接也切换到对应的网络下，如果没有对应页面则不显示入口。

交易手续费

Uniscam 目前每个 pair 的手续费都是可以调整的，但是前端似乎依然 hard code 成 0.3%。

所以实际交易出的结果比前端显示的要多一点，例如上面这个例子里，前端显示 99.x，而实际得到了 100.x。。
