In order to track duration, start times, etc we should look at tracking these dates

• scheduled_at (might be redundant with run_at)
• enqueued_at
• started_at
• finished_at

Since each job will get retried started_at and finished_at might only include the latest run

Support and track these states for each job

• scheduled (will run in the future)
• queued (will run as soon as possible)
• working (running right now)
• complete (finished)

In the future we may want to support these (but would require some additional work to que)

• canceled (started but job was canceled)
• dead (attempted too many times)

Add a section in data that will track progress with these fields

• total (integer)
• processed (integer)
• message (current progress status)

Along with these helpers to set those states

• total(num)
• at(num, message = nil)
