I am unable to connect to the localhost php site.

This is the message I get no matter what I do.

Unable to connect.

(I am using Manjaro Linux KDE plasma)

Same thing on google chrome.

Hello after installation and runing dash board stay in loading each time and , in the up dont see the setting section, but the another problem is on social engiuneerinmg when use the section ngrok for read system information or capture screen after few second the information disappears
