• Remove the text list functionality from everywhere

And expand the flag to be able to export the spells only or all of the supported id's

Thats pretty much it. move it. maybe use a better way to store the data and then write it to json.

Move the localization extractor into its own class and rework the rest so we can parse the localization file once and just pass the data around to the extractors that need it.
The IDContainers probably have to be reworked for this too.

Clean copy of the project, opened and build in VS2019. Getting this error when trying to export the items, it doesn't happen when using "Dump all XML".

ItemExtractor.cs, line 41:

As in the title, we need a clean start parameter parser. The current method is messy af.
