postgresql.formula
- Installs selected version of postgresql
- Initializes the db if required
- Generates locale referred by configuration (all lc_* entries). Though please use normalized locale format: i.e.: en_GB.utf8 instead of en_GB.UTF-8
- Configures firewall

usage
usage server:

usage client only:

To configure postgresql.conf update it in pillar: pillar.options.option_name = option. See example below on shared_buffers.
You can also add your extra configuration files to: /etc/postgresql//conf.d/.conf.
