Documentation: How to install?

This looks very interesting, but which versions of Eclipse does it support and how do I add the theme to my Eclipse? Could you add this information to the README? Thanks a lot!

Add support for EMF tree editor

EMF Tree editors not supported via the theme.

Add support for Common Navigator Framework

The CNF-based tree theming not supported.

Add support for Kepler

Unfortunately this useful plugin is not compatible with Eclipse 4.3: it is not shown among the themes on the Appearance preference page.

Default theme cannot be restored

Hi,

I use Eclipse in my presentations too. I've been giving a try to your plugin and looks great. However, I have been unable to de-activate your theme: I select again Default theme in the Eclipse preferences, but it has no effect until I restart Eclipse.
