When testing it on a Solis-PC, the script did not recognise y as 'yes'.

Currently the suggested filepaths are a bit too specific to our Windows lab PC's, these should be more generic.

Also, a better definition of result files should be provided

1. "Tying to autodetect project folder(s)" : Tying moet Trying zijn. (op zich is Tying wel een leuke woordspeling natuurlijk ;-))

2. .JNF, .AGC, .AGS: met kleine letters zijn: .agc, .ags
   .JNF is inderdaad wel met hoofdletters (ergerlijke inconsistentie in Fixation)

3. For example: "C:/Users/John Doe/project/result" or "[project]/result"\n"""
   realistischer voorbeelden:
   *For example: "D:/Users/123456/EXP/result" or "EXP/result"\n"""

It seems that opening the script through a filemanager doesn't work anymore.

Tested on Dolphin and Windows Explorer

Script opent bij mij thuis (mac os x 10.11, python 3) in een editor als ik 'm dubbelklik, gaat dus niet draaien na dubbelklik. Bij jou wel?

Op solisPC hier op de drift, Windows 7, doet-ie het wel.

Right now the script is programmed to think that all result folders contain AGC files. This is not always the case, as it can also just contain AGS files instead of AGC files.

Because Windows closes CMD windows immediatly after programmes have finished, you cannnot really see it's output.

This is normally not an issue, but if there is an error it is as you cannot read it.

A simple input() call should fix this
