paramiko supports python3 (hence being green), but has a lock saying "Forever 
python2" "The maintainers of this package have declared it will work only on 
Python 2 for the foreseeable future using the "Programming Language :: Python 
:: 2 :: Only" classifier."

since you remove setuptools in favor of distribute, pylons can also be removed 
in favor of its direct successor pyramid.

The package is called charade instead. It supports python 2 and python 3 and is 
now included in requests as a vendored package. It is chardet but it works on 
python 2 and 3 with a couple known issues.

python-dateutil appears in red (i.e. no Python 3 support), although on PyPI, it 
does use the trove classifier indicating Python 3 support:

py3ksupport.appspot.com has been shut down so the link and comment is 
unnecessary.

It's quite ironic that a language processing tool doesn't support Python 3 yet.
