If the libs are used with PDBs to generate a DLL or app a large number of LNK4099 warnings will appear. The PDBs likely need to be indexed to the source git repo for them to be useable

Normally the debug triple build directory size is 17G. The release triple build directory size is 3G.

But if using

 .\scripts\Initialize-BuildEnv.ps1
build

will result in same 17G size.

Building with these packages in a debug build will generate a ton of warnings about missing PDBs and linking as if no debug info.
This appears to be due to the props files create for the build as they conditionally include the search path for the PDBS based on the file name and a derived property name. However the construction of the derived name will never evaluate to true because the constructed format for the name does not match the real file name.
