CMIP3 / CMIP5 app - Data extraction script upates about shiny-apps HOT 4 CLOSED

The following scripts have been generalized to process the extractions from the above scripts.

AR4/5 and CRU data extraction scripts can take an arbitrary list of shapefiles, quantiles (mean and SD always included, but quantiles can be an input vector to the primary processing function), and density estimation sample size.

Improved climate extractions available. Experimentation required with estimation of distribution tails. Consider removing the "multiply and cut significant digits" approach used for storing data more efficiently. A better balance is required between data size and precision is required.
