Log scale should be made available for all variables with a real zero, including area burned, fire frequency, and vegetation age. Note that these will include many zero-valued observations.

Log transform option for precipitation successfully integrated into the time series plot. Next apply this to all other plots. In the case of the scatter plot more generalization may be required. In the case of all plots, including the time series plot, more generalization will be required once additional count variables are added to the app.
