TypeError: object of type 'int' has no len()

It looks like the usage of to_pip in the string below is the typo. I believe to_bip is more suitable here, like it is done in the other _structure_to_kwargs methods in the file.

Any minter TX has the length of 64 HEX chars. The functions returns 40.

Propose to modify the comment and the code string in the following way:
# Return first 64 symbols with prefix
return MinterHelper.prefix_add(sha.hexdigest()[:64], PREFIX_TX)

What Is it query in "get_transactions"? Can you give me example?
