has exception on Unix (OS X)

Please provide any additional information below:
use os.path.join() instead of + '\\' + which does not work on Unix
you can also use + '/' + but its not ideal

plot cannot be shown and prevents any other plots from showing. try plt.show() 
under plottrades

CBOE add a disclaimer line before the header of each CSV 
replace
            df = DataFrame.from_csv(dataDir+'/'+fName, header=header)
with
           header = 0
            with open(dataDir+'/'+fName,'r') as fp:
                if not fp.readline().startswith('Trade Date'):
                    header = 1
                fp.close()
            df = DataFrame.from_csv(dataDir+'/'+fName, header=header)
to fix the problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When doing installation either by pip install tradingWithPython(auto) or 
python setup.py install, i am receiving an error which block installation 
completion:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe9 in position 10: 
ordinal not in range(128)


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1, ipython 2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
Even with admin powers the error occurs.
