running the chat server on kali linux (debian)

server is up and running with the command:

Client, when trying to connect to this server, on the same machine, and in a separate terminal:
throws the Error: Name or service non known

Any ideas what might be causing the issue? @tyranid

Using the latest .NET install from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/install/linux-debian#how-to-install-other-versions
following these steps,

Would you have advice on how to get the .net install to work?

Hi I'm using ubuntu 18.04 and dotnet is version 2.2.300.
For some reason the client is not showing hash, and is not able to verify root certificate.
