angular-contrib's Issues

ui:map (viewExpr) is not accessible in angular controller if not clicked/dragged/zoomed

Hey Twarogowski!

Great work on the ui:map widget! I just extended it for my use case to show multiple points and add points.

One problem I experienced was that I can not access "this.map" (if I set ui:view="map") in my angular controller until I do a click/drag or zoom-event manually. I did a workaround right now by adding the following at the end of the ui:map widget return section (because this will execute the utilWidgets.setValue) :

map.setZoom(options.map.zoom);

You can see the issue as well in your docs/folder (http://twarogowski.github.com/angular-contrib/docs/widgets/map.html), the map-objects aren't visible until an event is triggered. I don't know if this behaviour was intened, but I consider it an issue.

Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

Take a look at angular ui

We're looking for more core team developers and have natked down a workflow that you would be able to hook into! Interested in meeting projects?
