After fixing Issue#2 I was able to get the application to successfully load a save file. However it seems that all of the character names and dropdowns are blank. It looks like some of them are populated with objects however there is no text for the object so you can't know what is what. All of the tabs suffer from this issue.

Hi, a few suggestions.

1. The Max Exp. and JP a character can learn in Octopath Traveler is 5,505,414 and 999,999 respectively. Might as well cap them there.
2. The Spurning Ribbon is nowhere to be found in the drop-down menu in the Items tab. Its ID is 1901.
3. The names of enemies in the Weaknesses tab are nowhere to be found, forcing users to rummage around and estimate which enemy weaknesses they're editing.

I am getting a System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException on Info.Instance().Countris[i] on line 65 in DataContext.cs.

I have a fix for this, but I cannot open a PR because your repository is restricted. Please allow me to create a new branch and open a PR to fix this issue.
