Thanks for sharing this wonderful project. But when I run this "spmet_realtime" file with the local variable as the input, it gives the following error.
Based on its hint, I tracked down to the line 17 in this 'exch_cur_dens.m' file. i_0p = p.k_p * ((p.c_s_p_max - c_ss_p) .* c_ss_p .* c_e_p).^p.alph;
I guess may be it is caused by the complex value of c_ss_p and c_e_p? I don't know and have no idea how to fix it. Could you give a hand?
