nifi-tensorflow-processor's Introduction

nifi-tensorflow-processor

Example Tensorflow Processor using Java API for Apache NiFi 1.2+

Example using out of box TensorFlow Java example with NiFi

Article detailing creation, building and usage https://community.hortonworks.com/content/kbentry/116803/building-a-custom-processor-in-apache-nifi-12-for.html

Currently simple classification models are supported. The model directory should have a file graph.pb containing a tensorflow graph, and a label.txt file containing labels by index of the output classes of the graph. The model must also have a variable called input which expects as Image tensor, and a output variable which stores a tensor of label index and probability.

This is a clean update for TensorFlow 1.6. This takes a flow file as an image

JPG, PNG, GIF

Updated TensorFlowProcessor to TF 1.6. Added more tests. More cleanup. Top 5 returned in clean naming.

Install to /usr/hdf/current/nifi/lib/

nifi-tensorflow-processor's Issues

Test required images not includes

Tests refer to "/Volumes/Transcend/projects/nifi-tensorflow-processor/images/squirrelshirt.jpg" and "/Volumes/Transcend/projects/nifi-tensorflow-processor/models/"

This gives me build failures when running with tests. Would be awesome to get them included as resources and refer the path to with something like

URL resource = YourClass.class.getResource("abc"); Paths.get(resource.toURI()).toFile();

I see the models in the repo, but not the image, which given the name somes like something we HAVE to see :)

running in exception "cannot create Tensors with a 0 dimension: {}"

Hi, .. running into java exception

2017-10-03 22:35:06,147 ERROR [Timer-Driven Process Thread-1] c.d.p.process.TensorFlowProcessor TensorFlowProcessor[id=1f395b44-8ece-3009-d186-a257844e2506] Failed to process session due to org.apache.nifi.processor.exception.ProcessException: org.apache.nifi.processor.exception.ProcessException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: cannot create Tensors with a 0 dimension: {}

Any idea what this causes?
