Use GitHub Actions to validate each PR, to avoid issues when merging.

Zplugin was renamed to Zinit (https://github.com/zdharma/zinit) and all its code was moved from an old repo to a new one.

The migration is needed to get the new updates released.

It requires removing Zplugin folder (~/.zplugin), install the new Zinit and rename settings where needed (even thought they seem to be retro compatible, but we never know...)

Add examples for local files:

• gitconfig.local
• exports.local
• aliases.local

Also add example of files that will load the .local

In bootstrap script, be able to configure MacOS to have initially the same icons in the Dock (same position), configure to show battery percentage, user fast switch as icon, etc.

• Show battery percentage
• User fast switch show as icon
• Show complete date in bar (with : flashing)
• Initial dock items to be like:
  • Applications show as folder
  • Auto hide
  • Maginification level equal to ??
  • Do not show recent applications
    ...

Currently, I am using Settings Sync extension to have a backup of the extensions and settings, but it is not working 100% (the settings are never downloaded).

Maybe settings.json should be stored in this repo ?
