1. The income operations

• Fees collection

• The fees collection account receives school fees from students and related charges.

• Grants

• Some private schools and government schools get project grants from government, NGOs and individual bodies.

• Commissions (schools commissions from link banks)

• Schools earn commissions from their link banks through their savings

2. The expense operations

• Teachers salaries

• Operation expenses (petty cash given by the school to run monthly)

• NSSF

• Taxes (income tax, PAYE, withholding tax, part-time teachers tax)

3. The budgeting operations
   Based on estimation of students against available income per given period of time
