Implement the filesystem plugin.

Allow access to the current location of the device

Allow using the camera through javascript.

We need a general plugin for retrieving device informations like advertise id and other stuff.

• - Device identifier
• - Request permissions
• - Bottom sheets

          There will be more than one directory. 

We need to add a enum for use specific directories.
