Shortcuts for Top, Bottom, Top Right, Bottom Left, and Center are disabled.

I just ran the pre-compiled download and half the shortcuts are disabled. When I go try to set them up, they do not "stick".

Additionally, when trying to set the shortcuts the shortcut is active. For example, If I try to make ctrl+option+command+1 "Top Right" instead of "Top Left", when I type in the shortcut the window will shoot over to the top left of the screen. Would it be good to disable the actions while trying to set shortcuts?
