If an upload fails for any reason, a copy of the failed chunk is written to disk, but nothing happens with it in the future.

At this stage, it's still a proof of concept-level experiment, adding proper error handling might happen later.

In the meantime, the simplest recovery option is to fix whatever's caused the error, and run a completely new run to a new LAW table.

The documentation doesn't mention that a backup folder have to be specified. Yet the GO script will fail if we leave it as-is.
I see that aaf6d47 is adding quotes to it thing SET "ExtraBackup=" but that still fails with the error The syntax of the command is incorrect.. When echo is ON, we see it fails specificaly at this step:

In any case, if I do specify a path, then things work just fine and my Julio table gets populated.
