Universal includes extensive inline documentation about the accessibility features of the theme - use it to learn, to extend, or for your own theme! 1. Download the theme's zip file, extract the contents, and upload them to your wp-content/themes folder.
2. Login to your WordPress dashboard, click "Appearance > Themes", and activate "Universal"
3. Go to Appearance > Customize to customize features of the theme.
