v3.2

Could we update the package to be compatible with TRIQS v3.2?

Import Error

For the most recent v3.2, when I import I get the error (only on rusty)

ImportError: libfmt.so.9: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I am not sure how to proceed.
