Hey there Trevor

Thanks for a fun library, just thinking of ways to integrate with Agility.JS at the moment. What I wonder though is how you suggest I get this kind of HTML element to be generated :
<br />

Doing this :
[ 'br' ] results in <br>
which isn't good-neighbourly XHTML

What do you suggest? Thanks!

in IE <= 8 it's not possible to create an img-element.

Trying to append a document fragment to a IMG fails:

if (selector) {
    selector.appendChild(fragment);
    return selector;
};

It happens even no childs are set:

$.jqml([
  ['img']
]);

I guess you have to check either the fragment is empty or not (fragment.childNodes.length) and put the whole into a try/catch-block if childs are supplied to a img-element corresponding to:

$.jqml([
  ['img', [
    ['someChid']
  ]]
]);
