StartingFrame will make a new JFrame with anonymous internal JPanel and two JButtons: Encrypt and Decrypt.

Each button should have an OnClickListener lambda that performs the related function

This class should take an image file and other file, and a Path. The other file will be read as a byte stream and encoded four bits to each color value into a new image file based on the inout at the Path given.

This frame should be a single JProgressBar that can be updated by a thread

This class should give a button to open the resultant path

This should take two image files, compare them color value by color value, and return file of a given type into a given path as a byte stream.
