simple webscrape of daily usage data in python.

1. logs into reliant site
2. navigates to account page
3. iterates thru days, cleans & saves data to dataframe
4. writes dataframe to .csv & plots
5. uploads/appends scraped data to aws rds table

• conda environment can be created with

conda create -f reliant-37.yml

• edit the config.yaml to point to relevant places
  • creds_web.json is a simple file with user and password fields
  • db_creds.json is a similar file with host, port, user, password, etc.
• run the python file thru vscode, command line, etc
• use the jupyter notebook to debug, etc

you can configure a cron job to run the reliant-scrape.sh script every night at 10 pm (or whatever time you choose).
