Requirements:

• Python 3.6
• bokeh 0.12.16

Installation for Windows $ virtualenv env $ .\env\Scripts\activate $ pip install -r requirements.txt

Installation for MAC $ virtualenv env $ source env/bin/activate $ pip install -r requirements.txt

The main application is located in the bokeh_app folder. To run the application, open a command prompt, change to the directory containing bokeh_app and run bokeh serve --show bokeh_app/. This runs a bokeh server locally and will automatically open the interactive dashboard in your browser at localhost:5006.

Folder solution_two contains my solution for memory optimisation problem

v4 - divided numpy array in chunks ,and merged data frames along with pickling and unpickling to optimise memory usage
