Add documentation for JMX reporting
The HTTP layer supports JMX reporting of server metrics, but there is no documentation for how this is done. There should be at least a minimal example with jconsole.
add "max.request.size" to KafkaConfiguration
The default max.request.size for KafkaProducer is 1M. I have encountered errors for messages that could not be delivered because the requests were too large (some are as large as 3M).
Not clear why this happens (Kafka tuning is "kafkaesque"), but raising it to 5M has alleviated this issue for me. Could this be added as a configuration option?
Add documentation for HTTP/2
The underlying servlet container supports HTTP/2, but the Trellis documentation does not describe how to configure it. This information should be added to the README and possibly also to Trellis wiki page.
