Create a list of positive and negative search terms for using the mining packages (e.g., xdd, publink, fulltext; see Issue 1).

Note: Terms 1, 2, 3 are assumed to be included as "AND" variables; phrases within each Term (1,2,3) are assumed exact phrases (e.g., "exact phrase"); terms within the group names (see ^b) are assumed to be grouped as an "AND" phrase, where phrases within the group are separated by "OR".

Create a running list of relevant search engines/archives/indexes, whether they have APIs, what API access requirements entail, and information regarding booleans (e.g., full text, abstract only, wildcards allows).
