Get the give_me_text API working offline and document it

Write a dataspec for the emails. And possibly modify the normal file dataspec to work with attachments.

Could you please make icons for the email dataspec. Specifically recipients, sender, and addresses?

Add the email parser (#1) to the file parser script, so that it handles emails like any other dataset. It may make sense to have the email output be separated from normal file output somehow as it has a consistent set of machine-readable fields that should probably be displayed differently with LG.

Make a parser for a single email to parse it to JSON and return the result

Load the emails and attachments in test data into LG, debug any issues, and determine next steps for how to improve display of email data in LG.

After initial processing of test data, run the email parser with the directory crawler. Be sure it works for both emails and attachments

Figure out how to fix email attachment parsing/saving (probably a second set of documents/dataspec, but using the association fields to link the two)

Run processing scripts on test data (be sure it works for both mail and attachments)
