Since the wizard inherits Application an user is forced to show the wizard in a separate window. Instead the pane that contains the wizard should be provided such that an user is allowed to embed it.

The generic type of any WizardPage is force to extend Optional<?>. So each WizardPage declaration looks like WizardPage<Optional<...>>. It would be shorten if the Optional would be removed from the declaration (and only the declaration, not the fact that the wizard page returns an Optional as result).

Introduce an annotation that generates a class implementing WizardPage and showing controls for requesting the record content.
