I really appreciate your tutorial about the chats using socket.io and angular. I tried to install your angularchat but it's giving error

Error: [ng:areq] Argument 'ChatAppCtrl' is not a function, got undefined

it's also not displaying the value of the variable on the web page.

what could have gone wrong, my be problem with my installation.

Hi ;) nice and well-explained source code.
Can a user belongs to more than one chat-room?? E.g., participate in two or more chat rooms.
How can I achieve this?

I am having 2 issues.

One of them is the same old one

what could have gone wrong, my be problem with my installation.

2nd is if I make changes to changes to controller.js then this is showing in my console:

"TypeError: Cannot read property 'on' of undefined
at new ChatAppCtrl (controllers.js:55)"

This error is on socket.on..

What for in your code io.sockets.in(room).emit(method, data)? What does it mean "in(room)"?
