When a comment is opened from a search result the app will crash when FragmentPagerAdapter tries to check if the null url of the comment ends with ".pdf".

Make sure that theme changing at time is working. I suggest a single prompt when the time range starts, and another prompt on each resume.

Fix crash when toolbar position is changed. Views are null but Butterknife doesn't bind as it has already been bound.
