The AnimatingRecycler animations shouldn't play when resuming the ReposActivity as this conflicts with the SharedElement return animation.

• On N we can add a menu item to save a repo or project to an app shortcut.
• On other versions we can add a homescreen shortcut and let the Interceptor handle it.

Rather than dismissing the dialog and then showing the error, the activity can pass the ids to the dialog.

On detach from recycler views can be dragged to the left or right, triggering a scroll of the viewpager.

This is because Git doesn't see, to remove the User that closed the Issue, and the check in CardAdapter checks for the nullity of getClosedBy() rather than using isClosed().

Take a look at how some other apps do it.
It would look nicer if dumped in a WebView, or anything which preserves formatting.

• This should fill half of the screen
